Information about Gleaners’ leadership
Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Inc., is governed by a Board of Directors, which can include as many as 24 members. The Board meets eleven times a year. The minutes of each board meeting are kept.
Board committees meet as needed. The committees are:

The Gleaners staff is led by our President & CEO, Cindy Hubert, who reports to the Board of Directors. The President & CEO chairs a management team consisting of the following positions:

- Director of Food Sourcing and Food Procurement
- Director of Operations
- Corporate and Foundations Relations Manager
- Director of External Relations

Gleaners employs 60 full-time staff members and oversees the activities of approximately 930+ volunteers monthly.
