Gleaners is governed by a Board of Directors which can have up to 21 members. The Board meets eleven times a year. Minutes are kept of each board meeting. Board committees are Executive; Board; Finance; Personnel; Community Resource; and Operations. Committees meet as needed.

Gleaners' staff is led by President & CEO Pamela Altmeyer, who reports to the Board of Directors. Pam chairs a management team consisting of a Senior Vice President & Human Resources Manager, Fiscal Officer, Development Director, Programs Manager; Systems/Facilities Manager; Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager. Gleaners employs 38 full-time staff members and oversees the activities of approximately 514 volunteers monthly.
