I authorize the use of my likeness in photographs or video taken for promotional purposes for Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Inc. and Feeding America or/by the electronic or print media in conjunction with programs of Gleaners and the issue of hunger. The use of my likeness for these purposes is given freely, with no expectation of compensation from Gleaners or any other entity, to help alleviate hunger. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an interview, with or without my name, for promotional purposes.
