Pick up your order

Orders can be picked up either in Gleaners’ chute or at the dock. An NSM must be notified prior to placing an order if the partner wants to pickup at the dock. Otherwise, orders will be picked up in the chute.

Chute Pickup

Chute pickups are available M-F and scheduled in 20-minute increments. Partners will select their pick-up time upon placing their order.

Dock Pickup

Orders placed for pick up will be either chute or dock. To pick up at the dock, partners must have a vehicle that is at least 48″ in order to back into the dock. Otherwise, orders will be picked up in the chute.

If a partner has a dock-height vehicle, NSM must be notified prior to placing order.

ACH Payment Guide
