Gleaners is committed to providing high-quality, nutritious food to partners and neighbors. As part of this commitment, we will now replace food items if they do not appear to have a “reasonable shelf-life” upon delivery.
Product Dating Guidelines

Temperature Log Form
Temp logs must be taken each time a partner distributes food, at a minimum of once per week. Partners distributing twice per month should still log temps at least once a week, even on weeks they do not distribute. Partners distributing multiple times per week should log temps each day of operation.
